The people in this company got no knowledge of DTP applicational such as indesign illustrator photoshop... They only know handling pdf format. and lack of knowledge of color management and sense of design that cause inconsistency of color and can't give you professional advice. The DTP system they used is window 7, but the system is very unstable. if you have a mac file or concern you print quality you better look for other printing company.
